As a result of the operative-investigative measures taken by the criminal detectives of the Tumanyan Police Department, on 25 September, at 05:00, a 62-year-old Martin M. who has been wanted since 8 April 2021 was found at the Bagratashen border checkpoint, arrested and transferred to the department. He was wanted under the charge of Article 38-168 of the former Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia (Participating in the sale of a child in order to take care of a child or to hand over a child to the care of a person taking care of him).

The police reported.

Signature not to leave was chosen as measure of restraint.

Martin M. was presented to the preliminary investigation body.
