Programs with erotic features, horror movies, programs damaging the health, mental and phisical education of teenagers, as well as programs that may have negative impact (exclusion are coded propgrams) can be aired from 24 p.m. to 6 a.m. Criteria for such programs are estyablished by law.
During the state mourning the broadcast of advertisements and entertainment programs is prohibited.
It is forbidden to use the television and radio programs for the following:
1) For the campaign of the coup d’etat, or forcibly change of the Constitution.
2) Ethnic, religious or racial discrimination.
3) To advocate war.
4) To advocate criminal or other acts, forbidden by the Law.
5) To spread pornography materials.
6) to broadcast programs containing or advocating violence and cruelty.
Exclusions are historical documentaries.
