Through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping forces, Armen Abrik Verdyan, a citizen of the Artsakh Republic, who appeared in Azerbaijani side on the morning of 29 December, 2021, after being lost, was handed over to the Armenian side. Relevant measures are taken by the National Security Service of Artsakh to find out the circumstances of the crossing of the Artsakh citizen to Azerbaijani side.
