Ruben Rubinyan will be Armenia’s special representative in the Armenia-Turkey dialogue process

The RA NA Deputy President Ruben Rubinyan will be the Special Representative of Armenia in the Armenia-Turkey dialogue process. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

Notably, Turkey will appoint former Turkish Ambassador to Washington Serdar Kılıç as a special representative for normalization of relations with Armenia.
