The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots,

Today, through the mediation of the Russian peacekeeping forces, Mihran Musayelyan, a citizen of the Artsakh Republic who appeared on the Azerbaijani side after being lost three days ago, and Aren Aramyan, a serviceman of the RA Armed Forces, who was wounded on 16 November, wounded on November 16 in a combat position, were handed over to the Armenian side.

“I would like to thank the Russian side for this effective mediation mission, expressing hope that due to their continuous efforts we will be able to repatriate all our compatriots in captivity in Azerbaijan in a short period of time.”
