The “Hayastan” Faction had previously stated that the disgraceful practice of providing rewards to individuals  holding state and political positions in these obviously disproportionate, difficult socio-economic conditions was unacceptable.

“We informed that an application addressed to the Constitutional Court will be prepared on this issue. We would like to inform that during this period the issue of the recently adopted law on providing 250,000 AMD compensation to the deputies was also discussed. As a result, the application to the Constitutional Court on the compensation payment of 250,000 AMD allocated to the deputies has already been worked out, and as soon as the signatures of 1/5 of the deputies are ready, it will be submitted to the Constitutional Court.

“We also inform that the total amount of bonuses provided on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia – 10,740,000 drams, the “Armenia” faction transferred to the Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center for Soldiers in Artsakh,” the statement reads.
