“By the decision of the relevant state commission of the Artsakh Republic, on 27 September, at 11:00, a minute of silence will be declared in the whole territory of the Republic in memory of the victims of the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh in 2020.” The Office of the Artsakh President reported.
On the same day, at 10:30 am, the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church will hold a requiem service in all functioning churches of the Artsakh Republic for the peace of the souls of the heroic children who died defending the Homeland.
