Emmanuel Macron has appointed a new French ambassador to Armenia

Mme Anne LOUYOT has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia. The relevant decree was signed on 25 August.

It should be reminded that on 11 September, 2017, by the decree of the President of France Emanuel Macron, Jonathan Lacotte was appointed Ambassador of France to Armenia.

He wrote on his Facebook page: “I congratulate Mme Anne Louyot, who was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia by a decree published in the Official Gazette today. I wish her success in this demanding mission.”
