It should be reminded that the Criminal Court of Appeal upheld the complaint of the Prosecutor’s Office and made a decision to detain the director of “Izmirlian” Medical Center Armen Charchyan.
The Prosecutor’s office had appealed the decision of the court of first instance to change the pre-trial detention.
