Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan issued a statement saying,

“Today, when we were meeting with the residents in the pasture near Verin Shorzha village, the Azerbaijani armed forces fired at this very place (a position was just above our heads). At that moment we had to temporarily stop the work, but then we resumed.

We assured ourselves on the spot that the presence of the Azerbaijani armed forces is in itself a violation of the right to life of people living near the villages of the Republic of Armenia.

Residents of the village of Norabak reported that shots were fired by the Azerbaijani armed forces today and yesterday.
