On the morning of 14 July, Samvel Gagik Alaverdyan, born in 1983, a contract soldier of the N military unit of the RA Armed Forces, was fatally wounded by a provocation carried out by the Azerbaijani armed forces on the Yeraskh section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia shares the grief of the loss; expresses support to the family members, relatives and colleagues of the deceased serviceman.
