The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross Peter Maurer responded to the letter of the President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sargsyan on the immediate return of all Armenian prisoners of war and civilians held by Azerbaijan.

The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross assured that the issues raised by the President of Armenia are under the full attention of his organization.
