The candidates of the 26 political forces participating in the special elections to the National Assembly in 2021 have submitted their property and income declarations to the Central Electoral Commission.

The second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan is the first in the list of the “Armenia” bloc running in the elections under number 24.
According to the declaration submitted as of 1 May, he is an independent director of “Sistema” JSFC (Russia).
Robert Kocharyan declared as real estate:
- Apartment in Stepanakert (joint ownership) – 195.85 sq.m.
- Residential house in Yerevan (property) – 1715.7 square meters.
His income totaled to:
- 28,915,000 AMD – corporate bond (security),
- $ 78,155 – bank deposit (interest),
- $ 199,300 – “Sistema” JSFC (payment).
As of 5 June, the day of submitting the declaration, Robert Kocharyan’s funds amounted to ․
- 980․000․000 AMD,
- $ 1,927,000.
The resigned president also announced the amount of his share in “Sistema” JSFC – 0.0306%.
It should be reminded that on 18 May, Victor Soghomonyan the head of the office of the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, announced that Kocharyan had decided to leave “Sistema”.
“Robert Kocharyan has decided to leave the “Systema” JSFC. A few days ago, he refused to continue working in the Board of Directors. Assessing the history of 12 years of effective work as worthy, President Kocharyan, however, made a principled decision to refuse the opportunity to continue it. He will complete his duties after the shareholders’ meeting to be held at the end of June. President Kocharian will focus his efforts on overcoming the challenges facing Armenia and resolving the issues on the political agenda.”
“Robert Kocharyan has been a member of the Board of Directors of the largest Russian “SYSTEMA” JSFC since 2009,” the statement said.
