“Today is the Sun Children’s Day – World Down Syndrome Day.
Today, and every day, we must teach children with the syndrome the skills to lead their own lives and promote their self-expression by eliminating any isolation from others.
We will spare no resources and effort to raise the full potential of these human beings, raise public awareness, change attitudes, improve the quality of life of children, and rehabilitate them.
Realizing the rights and inclusion of people with Down syndrome is the common task of our ministry and all of us. As a society, we need the potential of our people,” he wrote.
