Anna Danibekyan, Judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, who is examining the case of the alleged failure of the constitutional order, refused to withdraw.
The judge rejected the motion of Erik Aleksanyan, the lawyer of the former RA Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, to whom the lawyers of the other former officials had joined. The decision is not subject to appeal.
The next court session was appointed on 9 February, at 13:00.
