The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Artsakh Republic Hayk Khanumyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“I met with a group of community leaders of Kashatagh region in Stepanakert. We discussed practical steps to establish and carry out activities in different communities of Artsakh.

My interlocutors considered that it is necessary to make a quick transition from different social programs to development programs. These are communities that have provided the highest percentages of reservists, participated in the war with all resources, and before the war were successful, especially in the field of agriculture.

Active, initiating, resolute people are the creators of future victory.”
