“In total, 47,834 people returned to Artsakh,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 10 November, 2020, the troops of the Russian peacekeepers were deployed in Nagorno Karabakh. The base of the military is the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Central Military District. The commander of the peacekeepers is Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
