The border troops control the situation on the Goris-Kapan road. Residents should not succumb to provocations and remain calm. The Armenian Unified Information Center reported.
The security of the 21 km long section of the highway, which passes through the disputed area, is provided by the Russian border guards through bases. In order to ensure the uninterrupted traffic of the road section, a control point of the RA NSS frontier troops is located in the direction of Vorotan, and the border security is carried out by the border guards’ checkpoints.
