The RA Investigative Committee informs.

“The Criminal Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee continues to conduct preliminary investigation on the acts of aggression unleashed and carried out by the military-political leadership of the Republic of Azerbaijan along the line of contact of the Artsakh Republic, acts of serious violation of international humanitarian law during armed conflicts, issuance of criminal orders during armed conflict and the cases of mercenary, within the framework of which a large-scale investigative and other legal actions are being carried out by the investigation group composed of the employees of the RA Investigative Committee and the RA National Security Service Investigation Department.

The officers of the RA Investigative Committee were present at the meeting of 44 prisoners of war and captive civilians transferred to the Republic of Armenia on 14.12.2020 at Erebuni Airport, after which they carried out other necessary investigative and judicial actions, in particular, interrogations, a number of examinations were appointed.”
