RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan writes on his Facebook page:

“We have completed the 5th ad hock report on the atrocities and cruelty committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces against the bodies of ethnic Armenian captives and victims. It is the 5th only in terms of torture and cruelty.

It covers the period from 19 November to December 2, and we have already started the preparation of the 6th report.

This report provides concrete evidence of all the atrocities and war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces. All this was done only because the captives are ethnic Armenians. All this is a result of the systematic policy of anti-Armenianism in Azerbaijan at the state level.

The report is a collection of evidence and analysis that confirms the Azerbaijani policy of ethnic cleansing and terrorist genocide in Artsakh.

P.S. We do not publish the content of such reports for obvious reasons, given the level of atrocities and torture in Azerbaijan. It is presented in full to the international bodies, as well as to the state bodies of Armenia, which have important functions related to these issues.”
