Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page:

 “Today we discussed with the Commander of the Russian Peacekeeping Troops, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov and the High Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross Pascal Hundt, who arrived in Artsakh to monitor the ceasefire, some details of the necessary actions for the exchange of bodies.

I express my readiness to do my utmost to support the speedy implementation of this important humanitarian mission.”
