“The imperative to get out of the crisis situation without new losses is to avoid the danger of civil war and to overcome internal political contradictions exclusively in a constitutional way.

In addition to being a great gift to the Turkish-Azerbaijani alliance, the civil war will be devastating for Artsakh, Armenia and all Armenians.

I want to hope that the parties concerned with the fate of the nation, the social-political groups, the power structures, the authoritative representatives of the intelligentsia, in general, all the forces with a sense of responsibility will exert their full influence to avoid such a catastrophic prospect.”
