“TIME TO REMOVE REAL INJUSTICES

The government submitted for discussion the draft to increase the 1,000 drams paid to the Insurance Foundation for Servicemen to 3,000, and once again a wave of discontent has sparked. This time two suggested issues are heard.

1. Why do mandatory payments not become progressive?
2. Why does the state budget not cover this expenditure at the expense of taxes?
