“For the second time, the Azerbaijani press is spreading false information about Jalal Harutyunyan, as if he had died. Let me say at once that Mr. Harutyunyan’s life is not in danger, after the wound he received in one of the combat positions, he is now undergoing an intensive treatment course. He will soon return to the army.

President Harutyunyan entrusted the fulfillment of those heavy responsibilities to General Arzumanyan. In the difficult situation created by the war, there is really a lot to do.
