Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan writes on his Facebook page:
“I submitted a petition to the President of the Republic of Armenia, on awarding the military rank of Major General to Colonel Arayik Harutyunyan, and the Commander of the 4th Army Corps of the RA Armed Forces, Colonel Artak Budaghyan; and the military rank of Colonel-General to the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Onik Gasparyan.
