RA Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan made a post on her Facebook page, which says:

“Russian Deputy Defense Minister, Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov has arrived in Armenia to attend the closing ceremony of the “Peace Fighter” contest.

Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov will have meetings with the leadership of the RA Ministry of Defense.”
