Sergey Bagratyan is leaving the “Prosperous Armenia” Faction

The NA deputy Sergey Bagratyan informed in his letter addressed to the NA President that being guided by Article 3 Part 9 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, he leaves the “Prosperous Armenia” faction.
