The briefing of Artsrun Hovhannisyan and Tavush Governor Hayk Chobanyan is taking place in Ijevan, at the Crisis Information Center.
Hovhannisyan referred to the transportation of the bodies of Azerbaijani soldiers in the territories of Armenia.
“I cannot say under what conditions the bodies were allowed to be transported, but I do not remember a case when the Armenian army and the military-political leadership made the bodies a subject of trade. “It is humanly wrong, it is not Armenian,” he says.
