The Ministry of Health informs that as of 11:00 on 16 May, a total of 4472 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which:

• 1925, healed,
• 60 with death,
• 2463 patients are currently receiving actual treatment.
• The death toll, for other reasons, is 24 (when patients were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection but died of another disease).

In total, 40230 tests were performed.

Thus, we have 189 new cases of coronavirus disease and 134 recovered. 134 tests were performed.

The Ministry of Health informs that the died patients were: 80 years old (man), 89 years old (man), 51 years old (man), 78 years old (man), and 74 years old (man), and had concomitant chronic diseases.

Notably, as of 11:00 on 16 May, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Armenia was 4283, of which 1791 were recovered, 2415 were actually receiving treatment, the negative tests were 39005, and 55, deaths, for other reason – 22.
