The Commnadant’s 74th decision states that the presence of a mask in public open spaces and wearing it in closed areas is mandatory.
In other words, the citizen must always have a mask, but it will not be necessary to wear it in the open space. And since a citizen can enter a closed area from an open area, the latter must always have a mask.
It is forbidden to enter customer service offices without protective masks.
Employees in contact with citizens must be provided with medical protective masks, gloves and disinfectants.
Masks should be changed every 3-4 hours.
Workplaces should be equipped with trash cans for at least 1 trash can per 2 employees to dispose of used masks and other personal protective equipment.
By the order of the Minister of Health of 27 April, “Methodological guidelines on the use of N95 masks in medical organizations and measures to increase their effectiveness in connection with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were approved.”
The order states that the masks can be used twice only by the same person. Due to the safety of the mask, it is recommended to use it a maximum of 5 times. Repeated use of gloves and disposable masks, as well as the use of moisturizing masks is not allowed.
