Hranush Kharatyan and Harutyun Marutyan applied to the Human Rights Defender. They said that they, as well as Harutyun Marutyan’s daughter Arpenik Marutyan, had been publicly threatened with real-life violence. The Human Rights Defender’s Office also examined the report on the issue, published by Hranush Kharatyan and sent to law enforcement agencies.

The Human Rights Defender took note of the Prosecutor’s Office’s explanation of the report on the crime and the fact that the report was sent to the Police.

In connection with the discussion of the report, the Human Rights Defender addressed letters to the RA Prosecutor’s Office and the RA Police.
