As of 6 May, 76 patients are being treated for coronavirus at Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital, 70 of whom are residents of Shirak region.

On the instructions of the Ministry of Health, 23 patients with a positive result, but with no symptoms of the disease, were transferred from the infectious disease hospital to a separate hotel in Tsakhkadzor.
Notably, the number of patients transferred to Yerevan was 19, in general, 21 patients were discharged from the hospital, 4 deaths were registered as a result of the disease. At present, 315 citizens have instructions for isolation and self-isolation in Shirak region.
