Commandant Tigran Avinyan has signed a new decision , which envisages a new amendment from 1 April, 23:59, according to which the employer is obliged to provide the employee with a sample certificate specified by the Commandant.
Only with such a certificate and a document identifying the citizen will the citizen be allowed to go to work and return home.
Restriction will last until April 12 at 23:59.
“We have extended restrictions on certain types of movement and economic activity under emergency conditions until 12 April.
The new decision made the following changes:
- The activity of public transport is excluded, except for rail transport. Taxis are allowed.
- Inter-regional mobility of persons is restricted. Movement is possible with the work-home route and with one or two other exceptions.
- Movement of family members and employees in the same organization in light passenger car is allowed without restriction.
- From now on, you will need to submit a form filled out by your employer.
- The Move Sheet will need to be presented in other provided cases.
- The current restrictions on types of economic activity have largely been maintained.

The decision also states that special checkpoints will be set up at places provided by the NSS and the police until 14:00 on April 1 to monitor the movement of persons and vehicles.
