Although disinfection works are carried out regularly in sales networks, given the risk of acute respiratory infections recently activated, in particular coronavirus, on the recommendation of the RA Food Safety Inspectorate, disinfection activities are carried out in major supermarkets in Yerevan 3-4 times in a day.
Especially disinfected are areas and surfaces that consumers can touch directly.
The inspection body urges all sales sites to also carry out preventive disinfection in their areas to prevent the spread of possible infections.
