On 13 February, Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan signed a decision on allocating special (free) places for posting campaign posters in the city of Yerevan for holding a referendum on the constitutional amendments to be held on 5 April, 2020.

Places are mentioned according to the appendix.

The Mayor also instructed the heads of administrative districts of Yerevan to establish control so that the posters in the annex to this decision that are posted in the special places, were not removed, and the Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality Staff to ensure that the copy of the decision was delivered to the RA Central Electoral Commission.
