The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak marz considers the criminal case against Ruben M. He was accused in falsification of the joint certificate MT 06022012-08-0013 on the real estate and the rights over it, provided on 06.02.2013 by Shirak department of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government. He had submitted this certificate to the Notary department of Akhuryan region and by the decision of Shirak department of the Compulsory Enforcement service of the Ministry of Justice of the RA disposed the rights of V. Mnoyan and M Vardanyan over the land plot of 0.66 hectare and the construction of 1964.22 square meters, which were under the ban. He did the bargain by the purchase and sale agreement of 09.02.2012.
