On 29 January, 2020, the Supreme Judicial Council, discussing the issue of nominating a candidate to join Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms, decided to recommend the Minister of Justice to nominate the member of the Supreme Judicial Council Vigen Kocharyan, to be included in the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms.
