An employer shall be obligated to provide a vacation with the duration of 3 working days per an exam, for employees admitted for entry exams in institutions of medium and higher professional education.

Based on the motion of the institution the employees studying in the institutions of secondary, medium and higher professional education should be provided with the vacation:

1) For preparation and taking the intermediary exams: 3 working days per an exam;

2) For preparation and defense of graduation qualification work: 30 working days;

3) For preparation and taking of each state (final) exam: 6 working days.
