Nikol Pashinyan in his speech said:
“We do not want to fill the jails in the fight against corruption, we want to return the money that was stolen from you, to return the money to the people and to the state. Of course, today dozens of millions of dollars have been returned to the state and are being returned. Today, we have a situation when law enforcement agencies work under the strictest burdens. There have been occasions when our judiciary is not only physically neutral but also morally ready to fight corruption. Today there are opinions that a significant part of our judges served the corrupt system, and today many more citizens have acted, they have been part of the corrupt system. In this sense, the distrust of the judiciary continues to remain deep. This is a very delicate subject, not to interfere in the affairs of the judiciary.”
