The Armenian Nuclear Power Plant has issued a statement in which it states:
“Dear Compatriots,
Please do not hinder the movement of vehicles of the rescue service, ambulance, firefighters, as well as the cars serving the staff of the strategic object for the country, the nuclear power plant, as the nuclear power plant is a special-purpose strategic object for which special duty regimes are operating.”
