Iravaban.net continues to present property and income declarations on declared property of the heads of 12 administrative districts of Yerevan. In the previous publication we referred to the heads of Avan, Arabkir, Ajapnyak, Davitashen, Shengavit, Nork-Marash, Malatia-Sebastia, and Nubarashen administrative districts.
It should be noted that it is the first time when the heads of the administrative district present their declarations at the moment of assuming office.
Artur Stepanyan
Thus, Arthur Stepanyan, the head of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, former deputy of the National Assembly, assumed the office on 2 October, 2017. He submitted the declaration on 5 October.
As of the date of assuming office A. Stepanyan declared as a real estate one building for production purposes.
He declared Porsche Cayenne 3.6, and Mercedes-Benz G500 vehicles as movable property.
The official’s funds were about 134 million AMD and 39,000 USD at the time of assuming the office.
From the 1st January of the year of assuming the office and till the date of assuming the official duties the earnings were received from two sources and totaled to about 2.5 million AMD.
Armen Ulikhanyan
Armen Ulikhanyan, head of Yerevan’s Nor Nork administrative district, has been in office since 21 May, 2012. The declaration was submitted on 15 September, 2017.
His declaration mentions only the available funds on the day of the assuming the office, according to which Ulikhanyan declared 5 million AMD, 5,000 USD and 2,000 EUR.
From the 1st January of the year of assuming the office, the income received as of the day of assuming official duties amounted to about 3.9 million AMD, which was received from salary.
Ara Sadoyan
The head of Kentron district of Yerevan is Ara Sadoyan. He was appointed head of the administrative district in 2011. He submitted the declaration on 25 October, 2017.
Ara Sadoyan declared as real estate at the day of assuming his office duties: 3 apartments, 2 land plots, 1 garage and non-residential area of a multi-apartment building. He declared a Hyundai Azera car as movable property.
His funds as of the date of assuming the office totaled to 177 million AMD, 33 thousand EUR and 37 thousand USD.
From the 1st January of the year of assuming the office, the income received as of the day of assuming official duties amounted to about 1 million 660 thousand AMD, which was received from salary.
Davit Grigoryan
The head of Yerevan Erebuni administrative district Davit Grigoryan submitted his declaration on 13 September, 2017. As of the day of assuming official duties, Grigoryan declared as a real estate 1 individual dwelling house and a land plot. He declared a Lexus LS 460 L car as movable property.
The funds of the head of the Erebuni administrative district as of the date of assuming the office totaled to 48 million AMD, 158 thousand EUR and 72 thousand USD.
From the 1st January of the year of assuming the office, the income received as of the day of assuming official duties amounted to about 2 million 300 thousand AMD and received from two sources – salaries.
