The regular meeting of the “Professional Advisory Board supporting the Provision of Constitutional Legal Reforms” adjacent to the RA President was held at the Constitutional Court on July 4.
The Board discussed a number of issues connected with the “RA Judicial Code”, preparation of draft constitutional law, as well as a number of issues related with the elaboration process of a number of drafts of the laws that are subject to adoption, amendments or changes as a result of the constitutional reforms in compliance with the RA Presidential Decree #170A of 10 February 2016, and Decisions # 245A of 10.03.2016 and # 395 of 06.04.2016 of the RA Government. In addition, a number of issues presented by the RA Minister of Justice, which required advisory conclusions, were discussed as well. The Board adopted relevant conclusions on them.
