Vardan Aramyan is not going to say that previous government had completely failed. During today’s conference he noted that it is necessary to look to the future.
He noted the necessity to ensure stability for 2017 and then to proceed. “As a minister I must do everything, so that I shall not cause problems for you when you are in my place, because I am going to live in this country, and I want all of us to be friends, because I live in this country and I don’t want to create problems for you, and also I do not want all of us to appear in the trap.”
Vardan Aramyan informed, that information technology would be a priority of the Minister in the next year, automations will be in planning of the budget and etc.
During the press conference the minister stressed the importance of electronic platform, which according to the minister, expand the number of all clients in 2016, “We have notable improvements related with purchases from one person as well as substantial progress. We are going to be very conservative here, and the purchases from one person would direct us to an electronic platform,” noted the minister.
Today, Minister Vardan Aramyan also spoke about the drafts on illegal enrichment and limitation for the officials to make non-cash transactions.
Vardan Aramyan noted that they always talked about corruption and about the fight against it. He spoke about the laws passed in this session, the controversion referring to the issue of criminalization of illicit enrichment, non-cash transactions, and highlighted the importance of legislative packages. “The three laws adopted by the National Assembly shall reduce corruption and increase the accountability”, said the minister.
