Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve of Armenia Artur Davtyan, from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia. The decree reads:
“Governed by Article 55 (9) of the Constitution of the republic of Armenia with amendments of 2005, I decide:
To relieve Artyur DAVTYAN from the position of Deputy prosecutor general of the republic of Armenia.”
Today, the RA NA has approved Artur Davtyan in the position of Prosecutor General of the RA.
