On August 25 the Government decided to terminate the powers of the Head of the village Mgharti of Lori marz and conduct early elections. The Decision 857 reads:
“According to Articles 26 of the RA Electoral Code and the law on “Local Self-Government” of the Republic of Armenia decides.
1 To early terminate the power of Armine Mamajayan` the head of Mgharti community of Lori marz.
2 To set and conduct early elections of the head of the community of Mgharti of Lori marz.
3. The above-mentioned decision enters into the force on the following day of its promulgation.
