The RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan made a decision on appointing an official representative of the Government of the RA at the NA. The decision reads:
“Appoint Sergey Khachatryan, Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Armenia as an official representative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia at the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia during the discussions of the RA Draft Laws on “Making Amendments to RA Law on “Psychiatric Care”, “Making Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia” and “Making Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia.”
