“In short, the Actions of the RA Police were not lawful; they have exceeded the scope of the RA Constitution and the RA law. Specifically, gross violation of Articles 26, 39, 40, 44 of the RA Constitution as well as the provisions of different articles of the RA Law on “Freedom of Assembly”, the RA Law on “Police, RA Criminal Code and a number of other legal acts.”
