In 2011, the newly appointed of Head of Presidential Oversight Service Felix Tsolakyan was the Deputy Head of the National Security service of the Republic of Armenia.
At the end of the year he had 9 million AMD and sold property with 2 million AMD. In the following year he was the Governor of Shirak
marz of the RA and his funds increased by around 4 million.
He was appointed to the new position by June 29 decree of the RA President, and has declared 14,8 million AMD, his spause has 6,6 million AMD.
Mr. Tsolakyan’s remuneration in the fiscal year amounted to 2 million AMD., and his pension totaled to 544 thousand AMD.
