MP Edmon Marukyan, applied with an open letter to the authorities of Russian Federation and Israel.

The delegate wrote in his Facebook page:

“I turn to the authorities of RF and Israel,

I urge my partners and authorities of the Russian Federation and Israel to cancel the military cooperation agreement with Azerbaijan, stop supplying them with ammunition and armament stipulated in the agreements based on the fact that Azerbaijan used those weapons during the last few days and committed military crimes in violation of the human rights principles and the rules of war, which are provided in a number of international instruments.”
