The United States Senator for Illinois, Mark Kirk, called on the Obama Administration to hold Azerbaijan accountable for the aggression in the NKR conflict zone.
“As a result of Baku’s militancy, there have been many casualties both civilian and military. I strongly condemn Azerbaijan for provoking this aggression against NKR and I urge Azerbaijan’s Ilham Alivey to cease military actions.”
